If you are using a legitimate Windows XP SP2 and unable to install the latest IE7 or WMP11 due to some reasons. You can download the Registry.zip file below and install it into your registry. Then just try to install your IE7 or WMP again, it should now bypassing the usual WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage) check and install your applications successfully.

Download:

1. Internet Explorer 7

2. Windows Media Player 11

3. Registry.zip

You should owned the legitimate Windows XP before doing all the steps above. Use as your own risk.
