Well, the cheapest package from vpslink got only 64mb physical ram and no burstable ram available. Well, It is ok if you just want to learn or play around with a linux box, but memory is too low for running standard applications. For example,� instead of running Apache, you will need to replace with lighttpd because of the low memory consumption. Therefore if you want to really max out your linux server, get atleast 256mb of memory.

If you are not a geek or experienced linux user, VPS is not for you. It is better to stay with normal hosting like share hostings, safer and easier for you since someone will be responsible on the server management.
