Racist Australian ?
I saw this news in a forwarded mail regarding “Racist Facebook group targets Aussie immigrants”. Here are some links regarding this issues.
Having lived in Australia for 4 years now, I have never suffered in discrimination by any means. Well atleast indirect one, I know some of them are racist but they didnt speak it out.
What I want to tell immigrants are, please live confidently and do not look down yourself. You are qualified person which have done lots of paper works to migrate to Australia.
Speak confidently and loud then no one will look down on you.

Location: The 7th Largest capital city of Australia by population, just after Sydney,Melbourne,Brisbane,Perth,Adelaide,GoldCoast
Time line: Between 2006-2008
Actual Case 1: Throwing eggs from a speeding car at a group of International students at a Bus Stop near a local Australian University (they literally U-turn and throw another round of eggs at students)
Actual Case 2: Funny old lady bashing a pass-by Indian student with her fist at a Suburb NSW, result: swollen/injured nose
Actual Case 3: A lovely family (husband and wife and a young toddler) asked an Asian student near a bus stop: did you swim over to Australia? The student: what?? (he didn’t believe) The family continued: yea swim over, swimming, SWIM~ you don’t understand what I mean??! It ended with the couple laughing out loud.
The student didn’t understand/believe until later of the day that it was a racist statement.
Verdict: Maybe only in the top six cities that you don’t see racist aussie?

like there is no racist people in the world only Australins ha, in fact i have found more people who migrate to Australia more racist and rude than Australians the only thing is Australians do not tollerate any shit thats the way we are, i bet any money the migrants that have been hurt in Australia have started it and have come out second best, indians have a big mouth and do not no when to shut up and are not liked because of that not because of there skin, some Asians are rude but are mostly fine people to talk to, i have a lot of frinds from all over the world that live in Australia and all have said the same as me.
