One fix:I also ran into this problem.

Go to System Properties&gt;Advanced
Select Performance&gt;Settings
Select Data Execution Prevention
Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select
Click Add
Paste this in to the file name box of the window that opens:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe
Select Open
Select OK when you receive the warning
Select Apply

You can Attached files in your email again</description>
